CAYOMI, a concept inspired by Japanese philosophy
Founded by Parisian designer Julia Strouk in Los Angeles in 2022, CAYOMI was originally an ethical clothing brand & fashion showroom known as Julia Strouk Design. Upon relocating to her home town in Paris, France, Julia developed the concept of CAYOMI, inspired by Japanese philosophy.
Focused on elegance, simplicity, and minimalism, her designs are made to provide Parisian-inspired, elevated and timeless looks. Julia’s initial collection consists of premium maxi dresses that are meticulously made to enhance your features and be worn for any occasion. These buttery soft and flattering designs were double lined to hide all imperfections with the highest quality of tencel, a high-end and sustainable fabric. But that’s not all, Julia’s newest collection just launched and consists of chic unisex loungewear sets made of 100% premium cotton fleece. With this collection, you can expect quality craftsmanship combined with unparalleled sophistication that invites individuals to embrace both relaxation and elegance with a touch of Mediterranean style.
Aside from providing alluring pieces, Julia’s brand makes it a priority to create a better future for our planet. Julia Strouk believes that fashion is more than just following the latest trends. “My main goal was to create a company that would positively impact the world. Not only do I strive to support other women in business, but I also aim to advocate for an ethical approach to fashion,” Strouk said. Using only the highest quality sustainable materials and ethical manufacturing processes, the CAYOMI label wants to make sure that the environment and the well being of the workers involved are kept in mind throughout the entire process.
